What are query credits?
Each API call to retrieve context from your collections costs one query credit. Credits reset monthly. You can add top-up credits at any time without upgrading your plan.
How does embedding work?
When you upload documents, Ardie chunks and embeds them using mxbai-embed-large. This is a one-time cost per document. On paid plans this is included. On Free, you can bring your own OpenAI-compatible embedding key (BYOK).
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
